Let's say you're a British company. You need explanations that you will understand from your British perspective. You may ask us why your German subsidiary doesn't need Employers Liability insurance, while it is compulsory in the UK. Your German broker needs to know immediately what is included in a UK Employers Liability policy so he can explain you that this risk is covered in state social security and cannot be purchased in the private insurance market.
